Pancreatic Cancer

The pancreas is an organ in your abdomen that sits behind the lower portion of your stomach horizontally. Pancreatic cancer starts in the tissues of the pancreas. Your pancreas secretes hormones that assist control your blood sugar as well as digestive enzymes.
